When you use SwiftReply, we may process:
- WhatsApp-related data: messages you send and receive via WhatsApp, for the sole purpose of automating replies that you configure. We do not access your Facebook account or data.
- You provide directly: your contact details, account information, or settings you configure in the App.
- Automatically collected: technical data (e.g. device type, browser, usage logs) required to operate and secure the App.
- Cookies/local storage: minimal data to maintain your session and preferences.
How we use your information
- To automate WhatsApp replies according to your settings.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To provide customer support and communicate with you about service updates.
- To ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
